Whilst you are enjoying the Podtree.ca, mobile application (Goalsp), we collect some information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the App or Sites to share information with other users, including your friends and relatives. We may also need to share your information sometimes. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The App and Sites are global, and your information will be sent to and used in the Canada, United States and the UK regardless of the country you reside in. This Policy explains how we protect your personal data when we transfer it overseas, so please read very carefully!
The Podtree Apps (Podtree.ca, Goalsp) and Sites are operated by the Yocompute Inc. (also referred to in this policy as "we" or "us"), which is the controller of personal information collected and processed through the Podtree App and Sites.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Application refers to Podtree Apps, includes Podtree, Podtree Milestone, Podtree Album App on Android, iOs, the software program provided by the Company.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application.

Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
When you download the App and create an account ("Account"), we may collect certain information ("Registration Information") about you, such as:
The information we collect helps to enhance the App and verify our Users. Registration Information such as your username may be visible to other Users who view your profile page.

We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ license details and other sensitive information which is open to abuse and misuse on your profile.
When you post information about yourself or use the messaging function to communicate with other Users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. Please see Section below for more information on who can access what you post on Podtree.
The information we collect helps to enable you to view, save and share. Children Information may be visible to other Users, ( mostly are your relatives or close friends ) only when you send invitation and grand permissions.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
You can delete this information at any time, through Your Device settings page or sending a delete request via your browser outside the app, you can check FAQs page for the details.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

PodTree takes all appropriate security measures to help protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, or disclosure. We use reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls.
Unfortunately, no website or Internet transmission is ever completely 100% secure and even we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur, but here are some handy tips to help keep your data secure:
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the legal basis relied upon (as set out in Section 3. above) and as permitted by applicable law.
When your Account is deleted, we make sure it is no longer viewable in the App. For up to 28 days, it is still possible to restore your Account if it was accidentally deleted. After 28 days, we begin the process of deleting your personal information from our systems, unless:
Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your Account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by others. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information, they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Warning!: Our Service do address anyone under the age of 13 that under your management. By using our App and website, You acknowledged consent we collect your children's identifiable information that you submit and save in our app. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
